Welcome to HR Admin. By using our services or contacting us through our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services Provided

HR Admin offers:

  • HR administration support

  • Recruitment administration

  • HR tech implementation

  • Project-based HR services

Scope for each client will be agreed in writing.

2. Payment Terms

  • Hourly work is billed at the rate listed on the website at the time of engagement.

  • Retainers are billed monthly in advance.

  • Project fees are agreed before work begins.

  • Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed.

We may pause work for unpaid invoices.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Supply required HR documents

  • Comply with UK employment and data laws

  • Notify us of changes relevant to the work

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information confidential, including:

  • Employee data

  • Recruitment information

  • HR files

  • Internal documents

5. Data Protection

We operate under UK GDPR.

Clients remain data controllers; we act as a data processor.

A full Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request.

6. Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Client errors

  • Legal outcomes relating to decisions made by the client

  • Incorrect information provided by the client

Liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate:

  • Retainer: with 30 days’ notice

  • Hourly work: immediately

  • Project work: by mutual agreement

Unused retainer hours do not roll beyond the agreed period unless stated.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
